Main Conference 91直播:Full access: includes general and keynote sessions, workshops, networking events, and the聽91直播 Trade Show. Additional registration required for the Roadeo and Special Training courses.

Trade Show Only Registration: $250 per person. Fee includes access to the trade show networking reception. Fee does NOT include main conference workshops, general sessions and keynote sessions.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay by check or purchase order checks. You can select 鈥淧.O. Check鈥 as your payment method even if you do not have the P.O. number at the time you register.

Registration Confirmation

Registration payments must be received 30 days prior to the conference, October 7, 2024.

Once you complete your registration, you will receive an email confirmation within 24-hours from Cvent (registration system provider) with your confirmation number for the conference.

With this confirmation, you are committing to attend the 91直播 Conference & Trade Show and are financially committing to pay the total registration fees. This is NOT A FREE RESERVATION.

If you do NOT have confirmation or financial approval from your management or school district, DO NOT register until approval is received. Registrants are financially responsible for all fees incurred.

Note: If you registered from your school district/work computer, this email might get blocked, so please check your Spam, Junk or Clutter folders for this email.

You must receive a confirmation number in order to be considered registered. If you do not receive an email once you finalize your registration, please contact the Event Coordinator at Events@stnmedia.com.

2024 91直播 Conference Registration Policy

 

School Transportation News/91直播 (鈥淪TN鈥) is a publication company that produces the annual Transportation Students with Disabilities and Special Needs Conference and Trade Show (鈥91直播 Conference鈥), STN EXPO EAST Conference and Trade Show (鈥淪TN EXPO Indy鈥), and the STN EXPO West Conference and Trade Show (鈥淪TN EXPO Reno鈥).

 

The following Conference and Participation Terms and Conditions apply to all registrants to any STN hosted events. STN may, in its sole discretion and at any time determined by STN, cancel, revoke, or refuse from any individual or company the following: Conference registration, badge credentials and purchases. STN will not be responsible for any penalty, fee, loss, or expense that might result from such action. STN reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time without notice to Participant. It is Participant鈥檚 responsibility to frequently review the Terms posted on the conference website for any changes.

 

 

 

91直播 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subject to Change

If you cannot attend the conference for any reason, please contact STN鈥檚 Events Team at your earliest convenience. STN must receive written requests for any cancellation, substitution, or transfer requests.

 

Refund Period

Cancellation requests received by 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, October 4, 2024, will qualify for a refund, minus the non-refundable administrative fee. Please note: Unpaid registrants are still responsible for paying the non-refundable administrative fees.

No Refund Period聽

Cancellation requests received after October 4, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. Any unpaid registrations will remain due and payable within 30 days from the conference鈥檚 conclusion.

STN will not issue refunds past the cancellation period. Payments made to STN are non-refundable after October 4 for any reason, including but not limited to illness, acts of God, travel issues, terrorism, job loss, or duplicate purchases.

No Show Policy

No-shows or failure to attend the conference without prior notification disqualifies registrants from receiving a refund or credit transfer. In the event of a no-show, the registered individual is still obligated to fulfill the payment as per the registration terms, regardless of attendance. Any unpaid registrations will remain due and payable within 30 days from the end of the conference.

If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another attendee. However, requests for substitution must be submitted in writing via email up to 7 days prior to the first day of the conference.

ALL cancellation requests MUST be emailed to events@stnmedia.com for approval.

91直播 reserves the right to refuse any refunds, cancellation, or transfer requests.
